On 1st October 2010, Virtual Blades Pty Ltd was acquired by Bucan Holdings Pty Ltd, and merged into a new business called Bitcloud. Bitcloud is a full service provider of cloud servers and all of the existing Virtual Blades services have been migrated into the Bitcloud platform.
As of October 25, all Virtual Blades customers have had their accounts imported into the Bitcloud system. All of the VPS instances have continued to run and will continue to run for as long as the customers want them to.
